Who We Are

Meet Our Staff

Rachael Murphy

MANAGER OF INSTITUTIONAL GIVING

As the Manager of Institutional Giving, Rachael plays a critical role in sustaining our work to ensure we meet a new set of audacious goals to solve the underlying challenges to the STEM teacher shortage. In her role, she assists the Chief External Officer with fundraising, stewardship, and grants management. Prior to joining the Beyond100k team, Rachael oversaw fundraising at a community center, and before that, managed grants for five years at CWRU in Cleveland, Ohio. She holds an MBA from the CWRU Weatherhead School of Management and is excited to continue working with grants that support the STEM field!

Why did you join Beyond100K?

The STEM solutions to pressing problems that we have been able to develop over the last century are incredible, and the STEM solutions being developed today tell a story of collaboration and hope! All of the advances we enjoy have a common root: Somewhere along the way, an educator made a student feel like they belonged in STEM. As we continue to meet today’s challenges with STEM advances, we can’t miss out on the brilliance of any student currently sitting in a classroom in America. I love that Beyond100K is working to foster a sense of belonging for all students in STEM as we face the challenges ahead of us.
