What happens when 231 organizations come together around a shared goal?
At Beyond100K, we believe the STEM teacher shortage cannot be solved by any one organization alone. It requires collaboration, trust, learning, innovation, and a shared commitment to creating classrooms where every young person can thrive.
Our 2025 Annual Report tells the story of what becomes possible when those conditions exist.
Over the past year, the Beyond100K network continued to transform connection into collective action, bringing together educators, nonprofits, universities, school systems, foundations, state agencies, and community organizations to strengthen the STEM teacher workforce and address the systemic barriers that continue to limit opportunity.
Along the way, we reached important milestones:
- 49,105 STEM teachers prepared since 2023
- 17,682 STEM teachers prepared in 2025 alone
- 619,630 STEM teachers supported through partner programs
- 231 organizations working together across the Beyond100K network
But the most important story isn’t found in the numbers.
It’s found in the partnerships that formed through Collaboration Grants. The tools and resources developed by Project Teams. The conversations that surfaced new ideas. The educators who shared their experiences. The communities working together to create more pathways into teaching and more support for the teachers already serving students every day.
This report captures a year of learning, collaboration, and momentum. It offers a glimpse of what comes next as Beyond100K launches new opportunities for partners to learn, build, and act together.
