As the Chief External Affairs Officer at Beyond100K, Rachel is responsible for fundraising, strategic partnerships, and external storytelling at Beyond100K.
Previously, Rachel served as the leader of external affairs and alumni programming for Teach For America Nashville-Chattanooga. In this capacity, she oversaw the planning and strategy for organizational priorities, driving systems change through alumni engagement, public affairs, and community outreach.
Rachel is passionate about education as a catalyst for change and firmly believes that every child, regardless of their background, deserves access to quality education. Her career has been a testament to her commitment to creating a society where every child has an equal chance to thrive.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Sociology from Vanderbilt University and currently lives in Nashville, TN, with her husband, three children, and their golden doodle.
