As Manager of Data & Impact, Josie leads Beyond100K’s efforts to gather and use data to inform strategy and program, understand our impact, and use storytelling to inspire action.
Prior to joining the Beyond100K team, Josie worked as a research coordinator for a local public school district and as a director of reporting and analytics for Teach for America. Her graduate school work focused on quantitative statistical analyses of family systems, immigrant child development, and the impact of chronic stress in early childhood on health disparities and educational outcomes in adulthood. Josie holds a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia.
